Application & Performance

Abrasion and Corrosion Resistance:
The valve is resistant to various concentrations of acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions. It can transport slurries, dry and wet powders, and crystalline media.
Full Bore Design:
When fully open, the pinch valve seamlessly integrates with the pipeline system without altering its inner diameter or structure. This ensures that the pipeline flow remains unaffected by the valve’s presence.
Non-Clogging Performance with Impurities:
The full-bore design of the pinch valve ensures an unobstructed flow. Since the medium flows through an elastic liner, scaling is prevented, and the valve has a self-cleaning effect. Even in the presence of solid particles, the valve maintains a non-clogging shut-off function.
Leak-Free Operation:
The valve features a liner with rubber flanges at both ends. When connected to the pipeline, no additional sealing gasket is required. The valve’s channel and control medium remain in a completely sealed state, eliminating any risk of internal or external leakage. Issues such as running, dripping, and leaking are completely prevented.
Low Maintenance Costs:
Designed for minimal maintenance, the pinch valve does not require regular replacement of valve seats or sealing packings. The liner is the only component in direct contact with the medium and serves as the core of the valve. When the liner is replaced, the valve functions as if it were new.
Versatile Replacement for Multiple Valves:
This valve serves as an effective alternative to traditional ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, gate valves, globe valves, and regulating valves.
