Manual Pinch Valve(Heavy Duty)

In the open position, the valve is fully open with no flow restriction. During closing, two clamping levers press the valve sleeve against the centerline. The valve sleeve is abrasion resistant. Solid particles strike the rubber surface of the sleeve, which absorbs the energy and releases it when the sleeve rubber regains its shape. Even if solid debris accumulates on the wall of the sleeve, when the sleeve is squeezed, any crystallized particles are dislodged from the surface of the sleeve and flow away with the media, thus providing a gas-tight seal on heavy-duty hose clamp valves. The full-bore structure of the valve ensures free flow of the medium. The structure and material of the three main components of the valve (valve sleeve, valve body and actuator) can be selected according to your process conditions.
