Working Principle:
When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the large and small valve rods rotate together, driving the upper and lower pressure plates to compress the rubber sleeve, thereby closing the valve. Conversely, rotating counterclockwise opens the valve. The pressure plates move up and down along the pull rods to complete the opening and closing operation.
Precautions:
Since the rubber sleeve bears minimal force, during opening and closing, the operator only needs to rotate the handwheel until an appropriate resistance is felt, evenly reaching the opening and closing limits. Avoid excessive force or multiple people assisting. The use of additional tools for opening and closing is prohibited.
Installation and Maintenance:
① This valve can be installed in any orientation in the pipeline without restrictions on the flow direction of the medium.
② This valve has low maintenance costs and does not require regular replacement of valve plates, sealing fillers, or sealing rings. The rubber sleeve is the only part that needs to be replaced, and once replaced, the valve functions as new. This valve requires very few spare parts in stock.
