Heat-resistant Conveyor Belts
¡¡¡¡ Heat-resistant conveyor belts are made of many layers of polyester/cotton cloth be covered with heat-resistant rubber through high-temperature vulcanization, suitable for transporting hot coke, cement, slag and hot-casting products under 150oc.
¡ñ 1. Specifications same as ordinary belt.
¡¡¡¡ ¡ñ 2. Conform to HG2297-92 standards.
¡¡¡¡ ¡ñ 3. Heat-resistant belts are divided into three types:
¡ñ 1 type: It can stand a test temperature of 100oC, code name: T1
¡¡¡¡¡¡ ¡ñ 2 type: It can stand a test temperature of 125oC, code name:T2
¡¡¡¡¡¡ ¡ñ 3 type: It can stand a test temperature of 150oC, code name: T3

Ordinary Plain Belts
¡¡¡¡ Ordinary plain belts are made of all-cotton or polyester/cotton canvas to be covered by rubber and vulcanized, suitable for use in elevating, flour processing and irrigation with agricultural machinery.
Physical properties:
¡ñ 1. See the attached table for total thickness tensile strength.
¡ñ 2. Elongation rate at breaking (vertical stretch breaking test shows the elongation rate at breaking is no more than 20%).
¡ñ 3. Adhesive strength (the adhesive strength between layers is no less than 3.0N/mm)
¡ñ 4. Belt width: 200-600mm.

Acid and Soda-resistant Belt
Acid and soda-resistant belts are suitable for use in acid or soda environment such as phosphate fertilizer making, salt making through evaporation. The cover rubber is mixed with acid and soda-resistant inert material of fine quality, which displays even better properties than chloroprene rubber.
¡ñ Notes: ¡¡1. The fabric can be cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester/cotton canvas.

Characteristics: with the angle of inclination being 0-45o, they are designed to prevent materials from sliding down and improve transportation efficiency.
